This quick and easy sweet treat made with matzoh, is great for dessert during Passover or especially afterwards, utilizing the leftover matzoh. I used an almond butter schmear on top of the matzoh, followed by a drizzle of semi-sweet chocolate and a sprinkling of smoked almonds for a nice crunch.  Smokey Chocolate Almond Butter Matzoh is great as a snack too and you definitely don’t need to be Jewish to fall in love with this recipe.
Matzoh, the unleavened bread, that is a large part of the Passover dinner is often used in many recipes. Kugel, a savory or sweet casserole, is sometimes prepared with matzoh or noodles, which incorporates eggs and other flavorings. Â Matzoh ball soup, made with fresh clarified chicken broth and matzoh meal dumplings, is another delicious Matzoh experience.
