Spring has sprung and so has Rhubarb! If you have never cooked with rhubarb before you don’t know what you are missing. This magical tangy stalk vegetable is often mistaken as a fruit because it pairs so nicely with other fruits, like berries. Rhubarb is ready to harvest in the Springtime, so now is the time to enjoy 3 of my favorites and I hope some of yours too!
